Salwa & Eduvie had a wedding celebration in the Orchid and Holford room suite at The Dorchester Hotel in Mayfair, London at Christmas time. The hotel’s penthouse suite was great place for photographs, with mirrored walls, adorned in ornate Art-Deco frames. The candelabras on the walls gave some great ambient light too.

Stepping out on to the terrace, you could see most of London from the roof of the building, and these shots used a shallow depth of field to focus on the couple and blur the lights in the background for an abstract look. The Orchid Room was beautifully decorated, with rows of flowers on either side and more candelabras on the trestle tables on either side of the dance floor. After dancing together as husband and wife, Eduvie stepped away and Salwa and her father had a father/daughter dance, which is always a touching moment to capture.
